Ich suche ab 01.08 Nachmieter für mein Zimmer .Das zweite Zimmer wird ab´15.08 frei .Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und vollausgestattet (Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine,2 Toilette,..) 7 min. entfernt von Uni und 12 min. von der Stadtmitte,L-Bushaltstelle ist direkt vor der Haustür.Es bietet sich auch viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten(Aldi,Penny,Tengelmann,Schlecker,) .Falls du Interesse hast,ruf einfach an.Der Preis enthält auch Internet- und Telefonkosten(270 euro Warrrrrmmmmm),das Zimmer ist ab 01.07 einziehbar d.h. du kannst auch vor 01.08 einziehen.zwischen 21-23 Uhr bin ich immer erreichbar,einfach anrufen.
