Leider verlässt unsere geschätzte Mitbewohnerin Valeska die WG, da sie ihr Architektur-Studium erfolgreich beendet hat. Wir (Uli (31, Ingenieur) und Kristina (26, Design Studentin) suchen daher einen lebenslustigen, aufgeschlossenen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist hell, hat Parkettboden und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon.
In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles so wie man es sich wünscht: sie verfügt über genügend Platz zum Sitzen und Plaudern in der Küche, einen Balkon zum grünen Hinterhof und ein Wohnzimmer. Im übrigen ist die gesamte Altbauwohnung wegen einer Renovierung in einem sehr guten Zustand.
