Das Zimmer ist schön hell und ist zum Innenhof hingerichtet, so dass man keinen Straßenlärm hört. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche und einen schönen kleinen Balkon mit Morgen und Mittags Sonne. Das Bad hat ein Fenster und ist dadurch schön hell. Außerdem gibt es hier auch eine Waschmaschine. Zusätzlich haben wir eine kleine Abstellkammer und einen Kellerraum, der sehr groß ist.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Zur nächsten H-Bus Station läuft man nur 1 Minute. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 10-15. Das Martinsviertel ist wunderschön und viele Bars und Cafés sind ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man 15 Minuten.
Ich bin eine 22-jährige Psychologiestudentin und arbeite neben der Uni als Flugbegleiterin. Ich finde es schön, wenn unsere gemeinsamen Räume sauber und ordentlich sind und würde mich freuen, wenn es keine reine Zweck-WG wäre. Ich freue mich über deine Nachricht und auf unser Kennenlernen.
