Die Küche ist eingerichtet und das Bad auch. Nur das Zimmer das zu vermiteten ist, steht halt komplett leer. Eine Matratze hätte ich noch anzubieten. Ich habe die Wohnung schon gekündigt und muss am 31.01.2012 da raus. Dementsprechend könnte ich denjenigen der Einzieht als Nachmieter anbieten. Kann da aber keine Erfolgschancen versprechen, da ich dem Vermieter davon noch nichts gesagt habe. Für 2 Monate wäre es per Untermiete. Da ich sehr dringend, sehr schnell einen Untermieter brauche, verlange ich nicht den vollen Preis der Wohnung. Es wären 310 Euro Miete und 60 Nebenkosten, aber ich wäre mit 300 ingesamt glücklich. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, die Küche geräumig, der Flur riesig und das Bad groß genug und mit Badewanne. Freu mich sehr wenn jemand´n Zimmer für die 2 Monate gebrauchen kann!
