Hallo,
ich muss ab 01.03.2017 aus beruflichen Gründen nach Darmstadt ziehen. Da die Mietpreise in Darmstadt für eine Person ja kaum zu stämmen sind, habe ich mich dazu durchgerungen eine WG zu gründen. Wichtig ist, dass meine 3 Katzen mit einziehen.
Was meine neuen Mitbewohner angeht, wäre mir wichtig, dass es keine Party WG wird. Haustiere sind natürlich gerne willkommen.
Ich suche eine Wohnung in allen Teilen von Darmstadt, würde jedoch gerne etwas ländlicher, in Richtung Mühltal (da ist meine Arbeitsstelle). Die Wohnung sollte möglichst nicht in einem Hochhaus liegen, da ich keinen Fahrstuhl benutze.
Gesucht werden in erster Linie Berufstätige oder gern auch Studenten, die so ungefähr in meinem Alter sind (+/-10 Jahre). Rauchen auf einem eventuell vorhandenen Balkon wäre ok für mich. Auch weitere Tiere sind kein Problem.
Bei Interesse einfach eine kurze Nachricht an mich schicken. Vielleicht kann man sich Anfang Februar in Darmstadt treffen und gemeinsam ein paar Wohnungen besichtigen...
