Hallo, ich bin Andre, 22 Jahre alt und bin fast fertig mit meiner Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik.
Zimmer :
Es gibt insgesamt 3 Zimmer, zwei kleine und ein Großes. Das Große ist frei. Die Zwei kleinen nutze ich, einmal als Schlafzimmer einmal als Wohnzimmer.
Küche :
Die Küche bleibt von meinem alten Mitbewohner komplett drin, nur einen Tisch und Stühle müsste man besorgen.
Bad : Das Bad besitzt eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Gesamt : Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile nicht mehr ganz Renoviert, dein Zimmer, der Flur und das Bad müsste auf vordermann gebracht werden. Kosten werden geteilt für den Flur und das Bad, das andere Zimmer müsstest du dir dann gestalten wie du möchtest.
Ich bin oft nicht Daheim, weil ich Arbeiten bin. Aber doch kann man gerne mal ein Bierchen oder zwei zusammen daheim trinken oder weggehn.

Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus jede Stunde, 10 minuten zu Fuß erreicht man auch die Hauptstrasse in Roßdorf, dort fährt ca alle 15 Minuten ein Bus.
15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man hier auch einen REWE.
Parkplätze sind hier ausreichend vor der Tür
