Hallo liebe Zimmer-Suchende,
zum 01.01.2014 wird ein Zimmer in unserer ruhigen und superlieben 5er WG frei.
Insgesamt wohnen wir auf knapp 200 qm in einer wunderschönen sanierten Altbauwohnung - an Platz mangelt es uns also nicht ;).
Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet: Wir haben zwei Bäder mit
insgesamt zwei Duschen und einer riesigen Eckbadewanne. Außerdem gibt es zwei WCs - eins im kleineren Bad und eins separat. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. In der großen Küche gibt es Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle und auch sonst alles, was man so braucht :).
Das Zimmer, das frei wird, hat 24qm und ist mit seiner Lage in Richtung Lichthof sehr ruhig und trotzdem sehr hell. Es ist beinahe quadratisch geschnitten und hat SAT-, GBit-LAN-, und Antennenanschluss.
Am besten machst du dir einen eigenen Eindruck, indem du einfach mal vorbeikommst :)!
Extrem zentral, am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Fast genau gegenüber vom Einwohnermeldeamt...
