15m² Zimmer in 75m² Wohnung. Schreibtsich, und Stuhl auf Wunsch vorhanden, als Schlafmöglichkeit kann eine Schlafcouch bzw Matratze angeboten werden.
Das Zimmer ist von 01.02.2107 bis.01.03.2017 frei.
Unsere Wohnung hat drei Zimmer,
sowie gemeinsame Küche und Badezimmer.
Herd, Backofen, Mikro, Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine,und den ganzen Kram haben wir natürlich auch.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Luisenplatz sprich Haltestelle Luisenplatz in 50meter Fußweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe im Luisencenter, Aldi usw. in 1min erreichbar.
Uni 5min Fußweg, FH und Uni Lichtwiese 10min per Bus entfernt.
Aktuell sind wir zu 2. in der Wohnung, einmal Umweltingenieur und einmal Soziologie. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du gesellig, aufrichtig, tollerant und freundlich wärst. Humor ist übrigens auch nicht verkehrt.
By the way: Stubenrein und ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit solltest du auch mitbringen
In der WG gibt es eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Spülmaschine.
