Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Neben dem Theater und direkt an der Kuppelkirche und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern. Das Wohnzimmer ist Gemeinschaftsraum und hat einen Balkon. Alle elektronischen Geräte sind vorhanden. Bis zum Luisenplatz sind es zu Fuss zwei bis drei Minuten. Ein Bett und eine Couch könnten von mir in das Zimmer gestellt werden!
Trotz naher Lage zum Theatervorplatz ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist möglich Anwohnerparkausweise von der Stadt zu erhalten. Parkplatze sind vor dem Haus. Ansonsten ist man sehr schnell 2-3 Minuten an den Luisenplatz gelaufen.
WG Leben ist je nach Belieben gestaltbar. Es ist ein Kann- aber kein Muss. Die Wände in der Wohnung sind relativ dick, so dass man sich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen kann und nicht mitbekommt, wenn der eine WG-Mitbewohner Besuch hat und etwas lauter ist.
Sonstiges kann gerne telefonisch besprochen werden....

Ich persönlich bin berufstätig und verlasse das Haus täglich etwa zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr (Gleitzeit)
