Die WG liegt in einem 3 Familien Altbau im Woogsviertel - 5 minuten zum Roßdörfer Platz (Bus+Bahn), 15-20 min zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte und zur Lichtwiese.
Das Zimmer wird für ein Jahr vermietet. Der Bewohner (Josh, 20) geht für diese Zeit nach Australien (ABI rum, juhu...). Nach einem Jahr benötigt er das Zimmer, um in Darmstadt zu studieren. Ein weiterer Mitbewohner (Jonas, 23? Jahre) studiert Physik, kommt aus Gießen und ist am WE meistens dort; der andere Mitbewohner (Marvin, 19) macht nächstes Jahr ABI. Es ist keine Party-WG, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wenn aber mal gefeiert wird ist das auch kein Problem. Die WG dürfte aber eher als ruhig bezeichnet werden.
Unten in der Wohnung wohnen die Vermieter, ist aber kein Problem. Unterm Dach wohnt ein weiterer Mieter.
Das Haus ist in ruhiger Lage und zentral gelegen. Alles gut erreichbar - um die Ecke gibts einen Netto und einen Nahkauf.
