In unserer Wohnung ist ein sonniges, zugegeben nicht riesiges 10qm Zimmer frei. Wenn Dir das für den Anfang genügt, kannst Du im Laufe des Jahres innerhalb der WG in ein größeres umziehen. Die Möbel auf dem Foto gibt es leider nicht mehr, aber wir sind dabei, uns um Möbel zu kümmern, so dass Du ein Bett, einen Tisch, Stuhl, Regal und Kleiderschrank vorfinden wirst.
Die Küche und der Hauswirtschaftsraum sind gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrwelle, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen ... ist alles da.
In our apartment there is a sunny, admittedly not huge 10sqm room available. If that is enough for you to start with, you can move to a larger one within the shared apartment during the year. The furniture in the photo is unfortunately no longer available, but we are taking care of the furniture so that you will find a bed, a table, chair, shelf and wardrobe.
The kitchen and utility room are well equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, micro wave, vacuum cleaner, iron ... everything is there.
Wir wohnen am Woog, unterm Dach ist es ruhiger als im Erdgeschoss, das mögen wir. Zu Fuß bist Du in 7 Min an der TU oder in der Innenstadt. Zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen ist der Woog und die Rosenhöhe nah. Wir haben überdachte Fahrradstellplätze am Haus, aber mit dem Auto ist es lausig, naja am Woogsfreibad kann man parken ;-)
We live close to the Woog, it is quiet under the roof, we like that. You can walk to the TU or downtown in 7 minutes. The Woog and Rosenhöhe are close for jogging or walking. We have covered bicycle parking spaces at the house, but it is lousy by car, well you can park at the Woogs pool ;-)
Wir mögen es ehr ruhig, sind keine Party-WG, sondern leben ganz normal miteinander. Manchmal kommt abends ein Brettspiel auf den Tisch oder etwas Gekochtes. Englisch und Deutsch sind die WG-Amtssprachen, aber das ist heute ja auch normal. Unsere Hobbies sind außer Brettspielen, Radfahren, Radfahren, Radfahren, Reisen, Natur, Lebensfreude und Miteinander leben.
Ach ja, in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, die Küche, zwei Bäder, der Hauswirtschaftsraum halten wir einen angenehmen hygienischen Standard und eine Grundordnung. Eine Mahlzeit ist vorbei, wenn die Küche wieder ok ist und die Wäsche ist gewaschen, wenn die Maschine leer ist und das Wasser wieder abgedreht. Das würden wir uns auch von Dir wünschen.
Unser Miteinander regeln wir über eine Telegram-Gruppe, das geht eigentlich ganz fix.
We like it very quiet, we are not a party flat, but live together normally. Sometimes a board game or something cooked comes on in the evening. English and German are the official languages of the shared flat, but that's normal nowadays. Our hobbies are besides board games, cycling, cycling, cycling, traveling, nature, joie de vivre and living together.
Oh yes, in the common areas, the kitchen, two bathrooms, the utility room, we maintain a pleasant hygienic standard and a basic order. A meal is over when the kitchen is ok and the laundry is washed when the machine is empty and the water is turned off. It would be nice, if you share that with us.
We regulate our cooperation with one another via a Telegram group, which is actually very straightforward.

Wir sind in der Summe eher Umweltbewusst, versuchen Plastik zu vermeiden, haben Ökostrom gehen auch mal auf die Freitagsdemo.

All in all, we are more environmentally conscious, try to avoid plastic, have green electricity and sometimes go to the Friday demonstration.
