Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ich biete mein schönes Zimmer in einer 3er-WG ab Februar/März an. Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und hat große Fenster, die für viel Helligkeit sorgen sowie einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon. Die restliche Wohnung wurde 2018 renoviert und hat bereits alles was man zum leben braucht.
In dem Abschlag sind diverse Möbel innerhalb der WG beinhaltet. Bei Interesse können auch einige der aktuellen Möbel des Zimmers abgekauft werden.
Die Lage eignet sich besonders für Leute, die sowohl die Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt Darmstadt nutzen möchten, als auch gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind. Wald und Felder befinden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zudem sind diverse Supermärkte und weitere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs Fußläufig erreichbar. Sowohl Straßenbahn als auch Regionalbahnen sind in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, weshalb man auch bis spät in die Nacht eine super Anbindung hat.
In der WG verbleiben Surya und Aishwarya, die für ihren PHD und Master nach Deutschland gekommen sind. Beide sind erst frisch dazu gezogen, sind super lieb und sorgen für ein angenehmes Miteinander.
Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die zu uns passt. Du solltest ebenfalls studieren oder arbeiten, zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt sein und gemäß dem Motto „alles kann, nichts muss“ auch für gelegentliche gemeinsame aktivitäten offen sein. Hello dear flat share seekers,
I am offering my nice room in a shared flat for 3 people from February. The room is 22 square meters and has large windows that provide a lot of light and access to a small balcony.
The rest of the apartment was renovated in 2018 and already has everything you need to live.
If interested, some of the current furniture in the room can also be purchased.
The location is particularly suitable for people who want to enjoy both the amenities of the city of Darmstadt and the great outdoors. Forests and fields are in the immediate vicinity. Various supermarkets and other stores for daily needs are also within walking distance. Both Tram and regional trains can be reached on foot in 4-5 minutes, which is why you have great connections late into the night.
Surya and Aishwarya, who recently moved from India to Germany for their PHD and Master's degrees, are staying in the shared flat. Both have just moved in, are super nice and make for a pleasant atmosphere.
We are looking for a new roommate who fits in with us. You should also be studying or working, be between 20 and 30 years old and be open to occasional activities together according to the motto "everything can, nothing must".
