Zu vermieten ist ein wunderschönes 25qm Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern, die nach Norden und Westen ausgerichtet sind. Abends scheint die untergehenden Sonne in das Zimmer und du hast einen tollen Ausblick auf die Waldspirale. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und lässt sich vielseitig nutzen.
Vermietet wird das Zimmer unmöbliert. Bei Bedarf kann es aber zusätzlich mit einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet werden.
In der Wohnung ist ansonsten alles vorhanden was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil, das du mitnutzen kannst.

Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung direkt am Bürgerpark und in knapp 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß am Herrengarten. Es gibt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einen Penny, Rewe und Aldi in der Nähe. Des Weiteren gibt es im Viertel viele Kneipen, Cafés und Restaurants.

Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Oskar und Sinchanna. Sinchanna studiert an der TU im Bereich der Informatik. Sie unternimmt gerne was mit Freunden und ist oft außer Haus. In den Semesterferien reist sie viel.
Oskar arbeitet als 3D-Artist und geht in seiner Freizeit gerne squashen oder ist bei Jam Sessions anzutreffen. Außerdem kocht er gerne und freut sich über ein gemeinsames Gläschen Wein.
