Hello, i am subletting my room for the month september.
The room is about 10 sqm and faces north but has a huge window and is furnished with a large desk, a closet, 2 shelves and a bed with large drawers.
The flat is spread over 2 floors and my room is on the top floor. There is a small bathroom with a shower next door, which is shared with the roommate next door but he's not in the flat during summer break so you have the bathroom for yourself. In the lower part one of the flatmates has moved out that means you'll be having one flatmate during september in the apartment.
- You have to be CURRENTLY enrolled for summer semester 2024 at TU Darmstadt or HDA that i.e you already have a Semesterticket for this current semester. So that we can apply to the administration for subletting. So please contact if you are an enrolled student!
-It is also NOT possible to stay longer in the room.
There is a rewe which is only 5 mins by foot and there is a bus stop right in front of the dorm which has connections to the city center every 5-10 mins
The rent is warm and all-inclusive. In the kitchen there is an induction stove which is super fast and plenty of cutlery, pans and pots which you could use, and a big fridge which you'll be only sharing with just one flatmate. There is also a storage room which is empty and can be used.
