Im looking for a Flatshare in Deggendorf, I'll be there as a exchange student in a couple of months and stay there for over a year.
The monthly rent i'd like to pay is: 200-280 € I don't need a big place, and i would prefer a room for myself.
I will need the accommodation from 08.2016 - 09.2017 since i'll be doing a double degree
I am a open minded person but also a non-smoker, I consider myself as a friendly and nice person.
I can fluenty speak English and Spanish and I'll also be taking classes of German.
