Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für unsere Wg in Denzlingen. Bisher wohnen hier ich und meine fünfjährige Tochter. Das Haus ist aber sehr groß und wir möchten daher das Untergeschoss vermieten. Dieses besteht aus 2 Räumen- einem teilmöbliertem Zimmer und einem großen Vorraum, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Bad mit Dusche, dass jedoch im ersten
Erdgeschoss liegt und nicht im Keller. Fahrradstellplatz und WLAN gehören ebenfalls dazu. Der Bahnhof ist eine Minute entfernt und man ist mit dem Zug in 6 Minuten in Freiburg. Wir sind keine Party-Wg. Wir sind offen für Studenten oder Berufstätige Menschen aus der ganzen Welt.

We are looking for a roommate for our shared apartment in Denzlingen. So far I and my five-year-old daughter live here. However, the house is very large and we would like to rent out the basement. This consists of 2 rooms - a partially furnished room and a large anteroom. To the room belongs a bathroom with a shower. Bicycle parking and WiFi are also included. The train station is a minute away and you can get to Freiburg in 6 minutes by train. We are open anybody from all over the world.
Das Zimmer ist in einer Doppelhaushälfte in Denzlingen ca 10 km von Freiburg entfernt. Es liegt direkt beim Bahnhof und hat sehr gute Anbindungen nach Freiburg (6-10 Minuten mit dem Zug)
The room is located in Denzlingen which is a small town 10km away from Freiburg. Denzlingen has a very good train connection to Freiburg (6-10 minutes)
Meine fünfjährige Tochter und ich leben zu zweit in dem Haus. Ich bin berufstätig und wir sind meistens ab nachmittags zuhause. Wenn du eine Party-WG suchst, bist du bei uns leider nicht richtig. Ansonsten sind wir sehr unkompliziert und offen.
