Hallo!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17m² groß hat ein schönes Fenster und einen rechteckigen Grundriss. Da es ein Durchgangszimmer ist und in die Küche führt gibt es natürlich nicht ganz so viel Privatsphäre wie in einem normalen Zimmer. Jedoch wird es einen Plan geben wann die Küche zugänglich ist und wann nicht, damit eine gewisse Privatsphäre erhalten bleibt. Dennoch wäre es uns sehr wichtig das du kein Problem damit hast das wir mehrere male am Tag in die Küche müssen. :)
Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler und ist auch sonst gut ausgestattet!
Das Bad hat einen Waschtischschrank, eine Wanne mit Duschwand und ein WC.
Des Weiteren gibt es noch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine.
Zudem hat das Haus einen schönen Hinterhof/Garten (mit Fahrradständer) in dem super entspannen oder mit Freunden essen kann.
Zu den 180€ Miete würden zusätzlich noch die Kosten für einen Strom- und Internetvertrag anfallen(30€).
Die WG hat auch überlegt das Zimmer optional als Arbeitszimmer oder Atelier zu vermieten. Wenn es in der Hinsicht Interesse gäbe.

The room is approx. 17m² in size, has a beautiful window and a rectangular floor plan. Since it is a walk-through room and leads to the WG-Kitchen, there is of course not quite as much privacy as in a normal room. However, we will find a solution so that a certain amount of privacy is maintained. However, it would be very important to us that you do not have a problem with us having to go to the kitchen several times a day. :)
The kitchen has a dishwasher and is also well equipped.
The bathroom has a vanity unit, a tub with a shower screen and a toilet. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
We have a beautiful backyard to park your bike safely. There is also a cute little garden where you can spend time on the grass, invite your friends to have dinner and dry your clothes.
In addition to the 180€ rent, the costs for electricity and internet contracts would be an additional 30€ (in total 210 €).
Ps: The room can also be rented as a workspace or studio if you need one.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Campus, 5 min vom Zentrum und 5 min vom nächsten Supermarkt entfernt. Zum Bahnhof braucht man fußläufig ca. 10 min. Außerdem ist das Kiez (eine beliebte Bar) direkt vor der Haustür und das Bibers Corner ist auch nicht weit.
The apartment is about 15 minutes away from the campus, 5 minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, and the Kiez (a popular bar) is right in front of the apartment.

Kosten für Reinigungsutensilien und ähnliches teilen wir uns, damit nicht immer die selbe Person alles bezahlt. Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind uns sehr wichtig, daher haben wir einen Putzplan für die WG!
We share the cost of cleaning utensils, etc., so that it is not always the same person paying for everything. Order and cleanliness in the common areas is very important to us, so we have a cleaning schedule for the WG!
