Place to stay for 2 male, international exchange students

I am looking for a nice place to stay while my colleague and I (both males) attend the masters of architecture program at Anhalt University for a semester. We are international exchange students, and are going to need housing from mid-September until late-February. I am sure we would both like to enjoy our own rooms (but not absolutely necessary, if we have to we can share a room) and would like it closer to the school rather than further. If this sounds do-able, please let me know. This is an exciting time for us, and we would greatly appreciate anyone willing to help us out!
