I am an international master student at Hochschule Anhalt. I am going to study Architectural and cultural heritage.
I am looking for a studio/ small apartment to rent in Innenstadt which is close to my university. I come from Iran, am single, and live alone. I am a quiet, clean, and non-smoker person. I have principles and am cautious about rent and rules. Renting me an apartment will not be an issue for you.
I wish to pay a maximum of 250 € per month for rent and at least its kitchen is furnished. I will come to Germany on 15th May.
