Zusammen mit ihren beiden Mitbewohnern teilen Sie sich eine vollausgestattete Küche (Herd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) mit Essecke sowie das Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC).

Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein eigener Wäschetrockner (Abluft) der WG im Keller.

Im Haus wohnt im OG/DG noch eine Wohnungsmietpartei (Familie mit Kindern).

Das Gebäude befindet sich in der Dieburger Fußgängerzone in der Badgasse. Die Bushaltestelle „Schießmauer“ mit Busanbindung nach Darmstadt (ca. 20 Minuten bis Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) und Dieburg Hochschule (ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Campis) ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Die Hochschulen beider Städte sind somit bequem zu erreichen. Vier Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit Vollsortiment. Restaurants und Schnellimbisse sowie der Dieburger Marktpatz mit zahlreichen Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room is on the ground floor of a two-family house built around 1800 in Dieburg's pedestrian zone. The apartments in the building were completely renovated and modernized between 2019 and 2022.

The room has its own connection to the satellite antenna (unicable) and a 32" TV set with HDMI connections. All rooms in the apartment are also connected to the Internet via LAN. There is also a WiFi connection.

The room is furnished with a bed (100 x 200 cm), bedside table, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, a TV and a reading lamp. It has been renovated and is located at the back of the building (courtyard / west). The floor is covered with a new, modern PVC floor.

You and your two roommates share a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine) with a dining area and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine and tumble dryer (exhaust air) in the shared flat in the basement.

Another tenant (family with children) lives in the house on the upper floor/attic.

The building is located in Dieburg's pedestrian zone on Badgasse. The bus stop "Schießmauer" with bus connection to Darmstadt (approx. 20 minutes to Darmstadt-Luisenplatz) and Dieburg Hochschule (approx. 5 minutes to the campus) is only a three-minute walk away. The universities of both cities are therefore easy to reach. A full-range supermarket is a four-minute walk away. Restaurants and snack bars as well as the Dieburg market square with numerous cafés can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
