Ich möchte die Herzenswärme meines WG-Zimmers in meiner Abwesenheit gerne jemand anderem zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, es stehen also Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, TV und DVD-Player zur Verfügung. Die großzügig geschnittende Wohnung ist mit einer schönen Wohnküche (mit Sofas!!! ausgestattet. Hinzu kommen Bad mit Badewanne, das separate WC, der schöne West-Balkone (Sonne all Nachmittag long)und ein hochgradig UNkomplizierter, berufstätiger Mitbewohner, sowie nette Nachbarn. Die B1 ist binnen weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, bis zur Straßenbahn-Haltestelle "Funkenburg" braucht man etwa 2 Minuten, von dort aus mit der Bahn ins Zentrum noch einmal 5. Zu Fuß läuft man etwa 12 Minuten bis dorthin, wer radelt schafft es in 5. Im Umkreis von 500 Metern findet man "Plus", "Lidl" und "Edeka", sowie die schöne Kaiserstrasse.
