the cozy room in our 4er-WG will be available from 01.07. to the intermediate rental (sublet) – by the end of December or Beginning of January, very flexible.

You would live with Jonas (25), Amanda (22) and I Antonio (29). Amanda and Jonas are master students and Antonio is doctoral student, all super open, friendly and international (German, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian).

The room is very bright and charming. The windows go out to the courtyard so it is pleasantly quiet – perfect for learning or relaxing.

The apartment has a large and cozy kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a second, smaller bathroom with shower – very practical in everyday life.

We also have fast fiber internet with 230 Mbit/s download and 40 Mbit/s upload about – perfect for working or streaming.

Location & connection:
The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the underground station Heinrichstraße and 5-8 minutes walk to the S-Bahn stop Dortmund-West.
You can reach the city centre in 4 minutes by metro or approx. 15 minutes walk and about 15-20 minutes by train to TU Dortmund.

Nearby (about 5 minutes walk) you will find Rewe, net, Rossmann, Tedi, Woolworth, Lidl and Aldi. Many snack shops are also around the corner if you don’t want to cook at some point 😌

There are also two large parks nearby – the Westpark and the Tremoniapark – both within about 8-10 minutes walk. Perfect for walking, jogging or simply relaxing in the green.

Hallo zusammen,

das gemütliche Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG wird ab dem 01.07. zur Zwischenmiete (Untermiete) frei – bis Ende Dezember bzw. Anfang Januar, ganz flexibel.

Du würdest mit Jonas (25), Amanda (22) und ich Antonio (29) zusammenwohnen. Amanda und Jonas sind Master-Studenten und Antonio ist Doktorand, alle super offen, freundlich und international (deutsch, spanisch, italienisch, bulgarisch).

Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und charmant. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus, sodass es angenehm ruhig ist – perfekt zum Lernen oder Entspannen.

Die Wohnung hat eine große und gemütliche Küche, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein zweites, kleineres Bad mit Dusche – sehr praktisch im Alltag.

Wir haben außerdem schnelles Glasfaser-Internet mit 230 Mbit/s Download und 40 Mbit/s Upload ungefähr– perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Streamen.

Lage & Anbindung:
Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten zum Fuß entfernt von der U-Bahn Station Heinrichstraße und 5-8 min zum Fuß bis zum die S-Bahn Haltestelle Dortmund-West.
Die Innenstadt erreichst du in 4 Minuten mit der U-Bahn oder ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und ca. 15-20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zur TU Dortmund.

In der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) findest du Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, Tedi, Woolworth, Lidl und Aldi. Viele Imbissläden sind auch gleich um die Ecke, falls du irgendwann nicht kochen möchtest 😌
