Hallo!
Ich such eine nette Mitbewohnerin zur Zwischenmiete von März bis Juli 2020. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, und mit einem Einzelbett, einem Tisch, zwei Sofas, Lampe, einem Regal und einem Teppich ausgestattet. Es ist circa 18 m² groß. Die WG hat auch einen Abstellraum, eine große Diele und eine relativ große, helle, voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Bad ist klein, hat jedoch eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. Das kleine Balkon zeigt zum Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, im Kreuzviertel, an der Grenze zum Klinikumsviertel. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle Moltkestraße und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt, ein Kiosk und eine Apotheke sind praktisch vor der Tür, Netto ist 450 m entfernt. Kleine Restaurants (Miss Mai, Tapas factory, Guttut) gibt es auch vor der Haustür.
In der Innenstadt und am Hauptbahnhof ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten, am Klinikum in 5 Minuten. Eine Poststelle ist ebenfalls nur 450 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat kein Garten und nur einen kleinen Balkon, aber im Westpark ist man in 2 Minuten Gehweg. Auch die Fachhochschule ist nicht weit entfernt, ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis dahin.
Wie Du siehst, eine schöne Lage für ein Dortmunder Frühling und Sommer.
Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir harmonisch vor, mit Gelegenheit zur Begegnung. Da ich Ärztin bin und zum Teil Schichtarbeit mache, brauche ich gelegentlich Zeit und Raum für mich, freue mich ansonsten aber gerne über Gesellschaft. Ich spiele ab und zu Trompete. Großes Feiern und Lärm wünsche ich mir nicht.
