Ich muss wegen eines Praktikums mein Zimmer aufgeben und suche einen nette/n Nachmieter/in. Das Haus ist ein Altbau mitten im Kreuzviertel. In der ganzen Wohnung sind Holzdielen verlegt und auch sonst ist die Wohnung wirklich schön, sehr hell. Zu Fuß sind es nur 4 Minuten zur Fachhochschule und 1 Minute zur Haltestelle Kreuzstraße.
Das Kreuzviertel bietet alles, was man braucht. Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Plus, Edeka) direkt vor der Haustür, als auch Kneipen und Restaurants.
