Hello everyone,
Myself, Naveen Bhageradhi, as I'm moving to other city for 3 months, a spacious room is available from July 1st till September 30 (3 months). The room is approximately 18m², square-shaped, features a bright window and completely furnished (including bed, bed side table, study table, chair, couch, wardrobe, Night lamp). The apartment has a large kitchen leading to a lovely balcony, and two bathrooms with shower/bathtub facilities.
The apartment is conveniently located, it's just a 15-minute walk or a quick bus ride to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Several U-Bahn stations are within a 7-minute walk, offering easy access to the city. Nearby, you'll find Netto, Rossman, Lidl, and various restaurants and kiosks for your daily needs.
All the amenities like electricity, hot water, internet etc are included in the rent. If you are interested, please reach out to me here. Also feel free to ask any questions.
