Unsere 3er Studenten-WG in der Kronprinzenstraße sucht ab 1.7.08 bis 1.9.08 eine Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm gross und wirkt durch das grosse Fenster hell. Die Vorzüge der WG sind die super Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, eigene Waschmaschine im Keller, die Bar im Flur, der Kicker und eine Dartscheibe! Und natürlich der Preis. 230 Euro warm, Telefon und Internet-Flat inklusive.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Zur Reinoldikirche läuft man nur wenige Minuten. Zum Stadtgarten und somit zu allen Linien ebenfalls. Die Haltestelle Stadthaus ist noch schneller zu erreichen.
Die Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind
ebenfalls gut zu erreichen(ALDI und REWE). Also meldet euch und schaut es euch an!
