Hey, bin auf der Suche nach einer/m neuen Mitbewohner/in ab frühstens 01.06., paar knappe Infos:
Wohnung:
ca. 56 qm groß, frisch renoviert, große modern eingerichtete Wohnküche (Induktionskochfeld, Spülmaschine...u.s.w). Wohnung ist super zenral gelegen, ca. 5 Fußminuten vom Hbf entfernt, aber trotzdem in sehr ruhiger Umgebung.
Dein Zimmer:
ca. 16 qm, frisch renoviert (also sofort bezugsfähig). Mit allem drumm und drann (NK, Strom, Heizung, Internet + Telefonflat) für 230,- € monatlich :-)
Ich:
Lehramt Student, aufgeschlossen, spontan, lustig und viel unterwegs.
Du:
Sollte nach Möglichkeit keine Zweck-WG werden. Wäre gut wenn du auch kein Stubenhocker bist. Zudem wäre es ideal wenn du weißt das man z.B. beim Boden wischen auch Wasser benutzt ;-).
