My room is 20 m^2 with a reachable loft. The loft is under 160 cm so you don’t need to pay rent for there, but you can use; I had my bed there to sleep.
There is another room is a small and comfortable room of 11m^2 which is very bright since it's located to the south and there is no tenant there right now. you can also rent there if you want; the full rent is 560€ + 30€ internet + 56€ electricity costs.
There is a roof slope in the room which is not disturbing, you can place the bed under it. There is also a roof slope in the bathroom so standing while showering is not possible over 170 height :)
I would like to sell my furniture (including the bed, mattress, an open closet, tv, desk, closet, mid table, table in the kitchen, closets in the bathroom, a lot of things for the kitchen as well) you can see on the pictures with quite affordable price: 400€
The location of the apartment is great because althaught it is central in Dortmund, it is very quite inside because the flat is faced to the backyard.
There are many supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away.
It takes 2 minutes to get to the station "Heinrichstraße" where the U43 and U44 connect you directly to the city. You can reach the main station with the public transport or bicycle in 10 minutes and the university in 20 minutes.
Moreover the Westpark, the Tremoniapark and the Dortmunder U are located nearby.
I am Elif, 25 years old, studying Msc. in TU Dortmund, and working part time. I live in this flat since March 2021, and I really like. In a shared flat, I try to do my best to keep clean the kitchen and the bathroom. As I respect everyone's private time, some evenings I would also like to do some activities with my roommate, such as cooking or drinking; of course not necessarily. I do training regularly, reading book or studying:) on my free time.
The costs for internet, broadcasting fees and electricity are the 54€ "Other Costs", so all in all it is 290€ per month.
