Zur Zeit wohnen meinen Bruder(43) und Ich (45) hier, sowie unser Hund Mozart.
Wir suchen freundliche ,aufgeschlossene Leute die ein Zimmer suchen und berufstätig sind oder
Studenten.
Wir sind auch gerne bereit am Wochenende gemeinsam zu kochen oder in der Woche, oder auch mal
einen Gesellschaftsabend zu organisieren, wenn erwünscht. Natürlich kann jeder seine Privatsphäre
genießen.
In der Woche gilt ab 23 :00 Uhr Ruhe im Haus ,also keine laute Musik usw.
Jeder muss seine Sachen aus der Küche selbstständig reinigen sowie sein Zimmer einmal die Woche
reinigen.Essen nur im Wohnzimmer,Terrasse und in der Küche.
Rauchen gerne auf der Terrasse aber nicht im Haus.

We can cook together or watch a movie a take a turn in town Do-central. If you we rather stay for yourself also not a problem.
In the week after 23 hours no loud music etc. We all got to get up early ^.-.
Everyone has to keep his stuff clean, you cook you clean up after yourself. Mandatory cleaning plan (takes turn once a week.) Food consumption only in the kitchen or outside at the terrace , BBQ Time. No eating in the rooms, plz.
Smoking allowed outside.
