Student looking for a room

My name is Semih. I'm 20 years old and male. I'm currently living in Turkey. I passed the Turkish university entrance exam like an Abitur and enrolled at CS (Informatik). But I want to study in Germany, so I'm moving to Dortmund. I don't know German yet, but I can speak English. I've signed up for a language course and plan to apply to university afterwards. In highschool, I lived with 3 roommates for 3 years. After that, I rented a studio apartment and lived there for a year, so I'm used to living with other people or/and alone. During highschool, I worked in cafés in the summers. In my free time; I like to play video games with my friends, watch a movie or spend time with my dog. I used to play basketball a lot, but it's been so long since I touched the ball. I like listening to rock, rap or some slow, sad songs. I prefer listening podcasts while walking my dog tho 'cause it's much more relaxing. (I'm not bringing my dog with me) I used to attend a lot of events and conferences in highschool, but covid ended it all :(. I'd say I'm pretty sociable and would like to do something with friends from time to time.
