Hallo,
ich bin 27 und studiere an der TU Dortmund Rehabilitationspädagogik. Ich suche schnellstmöglich eine Wohnung/ ein Zimmer /eine WG in der Nähe der TU Dortmund.
Die Warmmiete sollte 350 Euro nicht überschreiten.
Es kann, muss aber nicht möbliert sein. Eine EBK wäre natürlich von Vorteil, ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
An einer Zwischenmiete wäre ich ggf. auch interessiert.
