PhD fellow rarely in Dortmund looking for a room

Hi ! My name is Michel. I am starting a 4-year PhD in TU Dortmund and I'm looking for a room in the city on a monthly basis as soon as possible, to stay in and for my Anmeldung as well. I will not come to Dortmund often but regularly as my family is based in Paris. I would nevertheless be more than happy to share community life when I am present, at least twice a month. I also appreciate independence and freedom and those who respect them. Cleanliness too, should it be noted ;-) I am in my forties even if I look less, easy going, non-smoker. I've been working in the media development sector.
I know the search is quite unusual but do not hesitate to contact me if you're in the same case or if you don't mind having a mate who is not always present in the WG. I started running two years ago and I will be happy to find someone to run with, discover the city, see matches, have a drink or chat, in French, English and I hope soon in German.
