Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer WG ab dem 1. Oktober, ich bin internationaler Student an der FH Dortmund, ich werde dort meinen Bachelor in Elektrotechnik studieren. Die Miete wäre vorzugsweise maximal 350 Euro in einer Ortschaft nicht weit von der FH entfernt.
Es wäre auch besser, wenn der Raum ein Nichtraucherzimmer wäre. Was mich betrifft, bin ich sehr diszipliniert und respektvoll, d.h. ich kann nie einen Raum schmutzig, unsauber und unordentlich hinterlassen, nachdem ich ihn benutzt habe, ich bin aufgeschlossen und freundlich, ich kann Deutsch, Arabisch, Französisch und Englisch fließend sprechen.

Ich würde mich sehr über ein entsprechendes Angebot freuen.

I am searching for a flat share from the 1st of October, I am an international student in the FH Dortmund, I will study my bachelors degree in Elektrotechnik there. The rent would be preferably around 200 - 300 euros in a localisation not faraway from the FH.
It would also be better if the space is non smoking. What about me, I am very disciplined and respectful, means I can never leave any space dirty, unclean and messy after using it, I am open-minded and friendly, I can speak Arabic, French and English fluently, and my German is getting much better after I came to Dortmund, so I have no issues handling conversations in German or speaking it for a long time.

I would be very pleased to receive any appropriate offer.
