It's a three bedroom and I am subletting my room.
The kitchen is spacious and has a dining area.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from Neuenheimer Feld by train and around 22 minutes by bike.
There is a good parking available at the apartment, safety is guaranteed.
Surrounding of the apartment is quite peaceful, close proximity to the forest and vineyard.

She came to this city on a working holiday visa to rediscover herself and meet new people with similar vibes.
She works from home Monday - Thursday and when not working she can be found dancing at one of the many Swing dancing socials, or at a bar or one of the clubs.
Because of that her presence in the apartment is barely noticeable apart from when she's cleaning or singing in the shower
She also never cooks and usually eat outside/order Wolt so you will never see her in the kitchen.
She really loves this area because that's where all the Swing dancing happens!
Nick a 27-year-old who wants to live the best that life offers!
He likes to experience new things and explore.
He is usually relaxed, open and communicative.
It is important to us that roommates are also good at communication.
Otherwise, he also like to do belly dance / dance, and everything else that is physically active, jokes a lot about everything, the only limits there are for me are your limits :) Stand-up comedy is also close to his heart.
What is absolutely important to us we socialise at the same time respecting personal space when needed.
Sometimes, especially the weekend we meet at the balcony for a bottle of beer or two.
