Wir sind eine 5er WG mit richtig netten und unkomplizierten Leuten (2 Mädels und 2 Jungs von 23-25), die Spaß an gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten, wie gemütliche Kochabende, haben!
Die WG liegt mitten in der Altstadt, direkt am Pirnaischen Platz, so dass du Tag und Nacht optimale Verkehrsanbindung hast und auch mit dem Rad super schnell in der Uni oder in der Neustadt bist (ca. 10 min.).
Das helle Zimmer hat große Fenster und einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Es ist voll möbliert: Bett (1,40 breit), Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sessel, kleiner Fernseher,..
In der monatlichen Miete von 199 € ist alles dabei: Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet (DSL-Flat, WLAN) und eine Telefonflat.
Die WG ist auch voll ausgestattet: Turnier-Kicker im Flur (wird gern genutzt), Mikrowelle, Waffeleisen :) usw. Waschen kannst du auf dem Dachboden für günstige 50 Cent pro Waschgang.
