eine nette dreier WG sucht eine/n Nachmieterin/Nachmieter zum 1. September.
Die Wohnung ist 90m² groß, hat drei Zimmer, Küche ein Bad und eine separate Toilette. Sie befindet sich im Herzen Dresdens - der Dresdener Altstadt, Wilsdruffer Straße 11 im sechsten Stock (mit Fahrstuhl). Die Straßenbahnlinien 1,2 und 4 halten quasi direkt vor der Tür am Pirnaischen Platz, Linie 3 zur Uni ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Altmarkgalerie und ein Lidl sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß, voll möbliert und sehr hell. Zudem hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Kuppel der Frauenkirche.
Auf die Wohnung ist keine Kaution und/oder Provision. Jedoch hätte ich gern für die Möbel, den Anteil an der Einbauküche mit Spühlmaschine und die Waschmaschine 500€ von dir.
