I am renting my room for one month, that is March'14, as it turned out I have to leave Dresden earlier than expected. I offer you a sunny room on 6th floor overlooking St. Petersburger strasse. The furniture includes bed, wardrobe, shelf, little chest of drawers, desk and a chair. The flat consists of 8 rooms, shared big kitchen and balcony. There's one bathroom per two rooms.
The location couldn't be any better. Right in front of the building there is Walpurgisstrasse tram stop for trams: 3,7,8,9,11. 2 mins of walking to Netto, 5 mins to REWE or Lidl at the train station or 6 mins to Altmarkt Galerie (Aldi, REWE). The dorm is placed in the exact middle of the city. 6 mins by tram to the campus Technical University (TU Dresden).
The atmosphere in the WG is relaxed and friendly. We happen to sit together in the kitchen in the evenings, eating in one another companion, playing board games or just hanging out. However, if you're feeling blue, no-one will take it as an offence if you prefer to have peace and quiet and be alone. The system of taking turns at cleaning works flawlessly.
There is a laundry in the cellar, 2,10 euros per wasching.
There's a possibility to move in earlier, that is from February 26th, without any additional payment.
