16qm Zimmer in zentraler Lage

Die WG ist super gelegen und befindet sich direkt gegenüber der HTW Dresden. Nach 10min zu Fuß ist man auch am großen Campus der TU Dresden. Vor dem Haus gibt es große Wiesen und SiItzmöglichkeiten, welche besonders im Sommer ein perfekter Ort zum Sitzen und Entspannen sind.
Wenn ihr in die andere Richtung 5 min lauft, seid ihr direkt am Hauptbahnhof, von dem aus die Straßenbahnlinien 3, 8, 9, 10 und 11 fahren sowie diverse Busse. Damit kommt ihr wirklich in alle Richtungen der Stadt bequem in maximal 15min. :-)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich: Innerhalb von 10min Fußweg habt ihr einen Rewe, Edeka, Lidl und Netto um die Ecke. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof beginnt auch die Einkaufsmeile von Dresden, sodass ihr einen kurzen Weg in die Stadt habt. Mit dem Rad erreicht ihr bequem in 15min die Elbe und den Großen Garten, die besonders im Sommer und abends perfekt sind, um den Tag gemeinsam mit Leuten und der WG ausklingeln zu lassen.

The shared flat is in a great location and is directly opposite the HTW Dresden. It's a 10-minute walk to the large TU Dresden campus. There are large meadows and sunbathing areas in front of the building, which are a perfect place to sit and relax, especially in the summer.
If you walk in the other direction for 5 minutes, you'll be right at the main train station, where tram lines 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and various buses leave from. You can get to all directions of the city in no more than 15 minutes.
There are also plenty of shopping facilities: within a 10-minute walk you have a Rewe, Edeka, Lidl and Netto around the corner. Dresden's shopping mile also starts directly at the main station, so you have a short walk into the city. By bike, you can easily reach the Elbe and the Großer Garten in 15 minutes, which are perfect in summer and in the evenings to end the day together with people and your flat mates.

Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und gesellig. Dabei habt ihr das Glück, gleich mit zwei Konstantins zusammen zu wohnen, die wirklich entspannte und offene Menschen sind. Gerne wird zusammen gekocht, eine Serie geschaut oder fleißig Dart geübt. Vielleicht kurz ein paar Worte zu euren zwei neuen Mitbewohnern:

Konstantin (1) befindet sich gerade in den Endzügen seines Studiums in Produktionstechnik und fängt bald an seine Abschlussarbeit zu schreiben. Er spielt gerne Fußball, ist ein sehr guter Mitspieler bzw. Gegner bei einem Dartspiel und gerne draußen unterwegs.

Konstantin (2) ist ebenfalls in den Endzügen seines Studiums in Werkstoffwissenschaften und startet bald seine Abschlussarbeit. Er ist sehr gerne mit Freunden unterwegs, hat einen guten Gaumen für das Kochen und Getränke und ein erstklassiger Zuhörer.
Beide sind wirklich echt liebe Jungs, die offen, herzlich und ich über eine gute Nachbesetzung des Zimmers freuen.

Life in a shared flat is relaxed and sociable. You are lucky enough to live with two Konstantins who are really relaxed and open people. We enjoy cooking together, watching a series or diligently practising darts. Perhaps a few words about your two new flatmates:
Konstantin (1) is currently in the final stages of his studies in production engineering and will soon start writing his thesis. He likes to play football, is a very good player or opponent in a game of darts and enjoys being outdoors.

Konstantin (2) is also in the final stages of his studies in materials science and will soon start writing his final thesis. He loves being out with friends, has a good palate for cooking and drinks and is a first class listener.
Both are really genuinely lovely guys who are open, welcoming and I'm happy for a good re-fill of the room.
