Über den Winter möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Die Entsprechende sollte locker und offen sein - die Mitbewohner sind das auch ;-)
Das Zimmer ist ca 18-20qm groß, 3stöckig durch schickes Podest und Hochbett, tagsüber ruhig, nachts meist auch :-)
Elbnähe, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Bus 62 und etwas weiter Tram 6 und 13
20min mim Rad zur Uni; die medizinische Fakultät ist ganz nah
Coole, gastfreundliche Mit- und Hausbewohner, voll ausgestattete Küche, mein Zimmer mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Sofa, Kleiderregal und... Ofen
> im Winter Kohleheizung (ist mal ne Erfahrung und man gewöhnt sich daran!!!) :-)
110+NK = ca. 140€ plus Kohlekosten (is aber nich so viel)
Bitte nur Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn ihr ein bisschen eine soziale Ader habt. Einsiedler sind nicht erwünscht :-) !
