Das Zimmer ist schön kühl im Sommer, da es nach hinten raus geht und sehr ruhig, auf dem Balkon kann man sic entspannen, die wohnung hat insgesamt 60 qm, mit nich einem balkon an der küche, dein zimmer grenz an einer kleinen stube, die wir kaum nutzen, da wir eine große küche haben, dort halten wir uns oft auf
3 min zur strassenbahn, zum netto, elbepakrk und ikea 10 min zu fuss entfernt, in der nähe befindet sich ein kleiner wald, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. von uns aus ist man in 15 min in der innenstadt mit der strassenbahn, auch die neustadt ist nicht weit, auch radebeul ist super schnell zu erreichen
wir sind ein paar mit einem kleinen baby, dass meisstens schläft, keine sorge hier gibt es kein lautest schreien, es ist wirklich sehr friedlich, wir gehen eher selten aus, aufgrund des baby. tagsüber bin ich trotzdem sehr aktiv und oft auch unterwegs. mein freund ist im Juli nicht da, sodass wir sowieso eine person weniger sind
konatkt über , die Kosten der Miete beziehen sich auf einen Monat, frei wäre das Zimmer bis 15. August, ich habe ein fahrrad, dass bei Interesse genutzt werden kann, wir haben bereits beide viel wg erfahrung
