WG room// 18m2 with south balcony and sauna WG Zimmer// 18m2 mit Südbalkon und Sauna

Our WG is a huge duplex apartment in the heart of the new city. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies. 6 years ago the apartment was refurbished to the WG and then all around.

Rewe Supermarket / Net / Bio Company 3 min walk.
3 min to the cinema.
10 minutes to the industrial area (clubs)
5 minutes in the Alaunpark.


Despite the location in the center of the new city, the volume level can be overwhelmed by Alaunstraße Nachts. In the courtyard of the house is a small children's playground.

Unsere WG ist eine riesige Maisonette-Wohnung im Herzen der Neustadt. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Bäder und 3 Balkone. Vor 6 Jahren wurde die Wohnung zur WG und damals rundum erneuert.

10 Minuten bis ins Industriegelände (Clubs)
5 Min in den Alaunpark.


Trotz der Lage im Zentrum der Neustadt ist der Lautstärkepegel von der Alaunstraße Nachts überhörbar. Im Innenhof des Hauses liegt ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz.

The kitchen and therefore also the living room are located on the upper floor of our apartment. In summer, we all like to use the large balcony, which is also up here. With you would live together for time:

Peter, 34, finished sociologist, has earned his money as an independent craftsman and has now adopted a position with the city and makes gravel management for the administration. In addition, he drives himself a lot in clubs, festivals or other subcultural contexts, both behind the scenes and in front of the boxes, like climbing, boulders or Muay Thai.

Maxi, 26, aspiring cook, loves not only to make people happy at work, but is also happy to travel, likes yoga, generally sports, likes to live creatively and is looking forward to you!

Olivia, 29, doctor in further education, likes to dance in her spare time, makes sports of all kinds (Spike ball, swimming, running...) and reads if she is not on the go with friends or sleeps due to night services.

Jule, 31, Researcher & Organisational Developer, is a Frohnatur that burns for solidar economy. It is (almost) always to have for a chat and common food in the WG, sings in a democratic choir and celebrates Ecstatic Dance/ Waves.

(Paul, 27, industrial climbers. He likes to dance to techno, loves climbing even in private, is there at every yoga session and is interested in healthy nutrition!)

Die Küche und damit auch das Wohnzimmer liegen in der oberen Etage unserer Wohnung. Im Sommer nutzen wir gern alle den großen Balkon, der ebenfalls hier oben liegt. Mit dir würden für die Zeit zusammen wohnen:

Peter, 34, fertiger Soziologe, hat sein Geld als selbständiger Handwerker verdient und hat jetzt eine Stelle bei der Stadt angenommen und macht Kiezmanagement für die Verwaltung. Zudem treibt er sich viel in Clubs, auf Festivals oder anderen subkulturellen Kontexten herum, sowohl hinter den Kulissen als auch vor den Boxen, geht gerne Klettern, Bouldern oder zum Muay Thai.

Maxi, 26, angehende Köchin, liebt nicht nur auf Arbeit Menschen glücklich zu machen, sondern ist auch sonst gern unterwegs, macht gerne Yoga, allgemein Sport, lebt sich gern kreativ aus und freut sich auf dich!

Olivia, 29, Ärztin in Weiterbildung, geht in ihrer Freizeit gerne tanzen, macht Sport aller Art (Spike Ball, Schwimmen, laufen…) und liest gerne wenn sie nicht gerade mit FreundInnen unterwegs ist oder schläft aufgrund von Nachtdiensten.

Jule, 31, Forschende & Organisationsentwicklerin, ist eine Frohnatur, die für solidarisches Wirtschaften brennt. Sie ist (fast) immer für einen Plausch und gemeinsames Essen in der WG zu haben, singt in einem demokratischen Chor und feiert Ecstatic Dance/ Waves.

(Paul, 27, Industriekletterer. Er geht gerne zu Techno tanzen, liebt das Klettern auch im Privaten, ist bei jeder Yoga Session dabei und interessiert sich für gesunde Ernährung!)

Due to a longer journey from Paul, we will have a room for the period from 01.08.2025 to 31.03.2026 (possibly even longer). You'd take over the room furnished, so you don't have to worry about setting up your room. Come and feel at ease!

We wish to live with WG experience, which is just as important for a sweet and open coexistence as our own free spaces, which, in addition to dance legs and cooking spoons, also vibrate the laps and brooms and ideally address problems as well as listen!

Aufgrund einer längeren Reise von Paul, wird bei uns für den Zeitraum vom 01.08.2025 - 31.03.2026 (evtl. sogar länger) ein Zimmer frei. Du würdest das Zimmer möbliert übernehmen und brauchst dir somit schonmal gar keine Sorgen um die Einrichtung deines Zimmers zu machen. Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen ;)!

Wir wünschen uns Mitbewohnis mit WG-Erfahrung, denen einen sweetes und offenes Zusammenleben genauso wichtig ist wie die eigenen Freiräume, die neben Tanzbein und Kochlöffel auch mal den Lappen und Besen schwingen und Probleme idealerweise ebenso ansprechen wie sich anhören.!
