Hallo zukünftige/r WG-Bewohner/in,
da ich kurzfristig einen Job in Berlin bekommen habe, muss ich meine süße WG in Dresden ab Februar leider verlassen. Dich erwarten zwei nette Mitbewohnerinnen: Susi (22, Romanistik-Studentin) und Katrin (24, Wirtschaftswissenschafts-Studentin), freundliche Hausbewohner, ein tolles, gemütliches Viertel, indem immer was los ist (aber nicht zu laut), man alles vor der Haustür hat (Sparkasse, Netto, Straßenbahn 13/7/8, Bars & Restaurants, Kino, Park, Spätshop) und von dem es ein Katzensprung in die Neustadt sowie die Uni gut und schnell zu erreichen ist. Es ist also alles da, was man zum Glücklichsein braucht. :)

PS: Katzen sind aufgrund Allergie leider unerwünscht....
