Die Wohnung ist ein Schmuckstück und einfach toll zum Wohnen. Am Rand der Neustadt gelegen, alle Cafés, Läden und Bars, Spielplatz, Park, Supermarkt und Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, sehr gut an die Straßenbahn angebunden. Das Haus ist ein stilvoller Altbau und trotzdem ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand (gerade renoviert) und nicht zu laut.
Es sind zwei gleich große, großzügige, helle Zimmer, eins steht zur Zwischenmiete und eins dauerhaft zur Vermietung frei.
Dazu gehört eine wunderschöne Küche mit allem ausgerüstet, was man mal brauchen könnte, inkl. Spülmaschine, ein großes Bad und ein netter kleiner Balkon zum Hof. Mehr Fotos gerne auf Anfrage. Ich würde notfalls auch für einen Teil der Zeit vermieten.
