Hallo,
da ich aus beruflichen Gründen das schöne Dresden für kurze Zeit verlassen muss biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist 20 Quadratmeter groß und bietet viel Platz und Freiheit. Ich werde Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke und Co im Zimmer lassen. Wenn es möglich ist lasse ich mein TV und alles was dazu gehört ebenfalls da.
Aber alles weiter können wir ja dann Vorort besprechen!

Die Wohnung liegt super! Die Straßenbahn Linien 7,8 und 13 sind in 2 bis 3 Minuten erreichbar. Neben kleine Obst- und Gemüseläden, Imbiss und Snack-Stationen die im nahen Umkreis der WG liegen ist der REWE zu Fuß gerade einmal 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Alaunpark liegt ebenfalls genau vor der Haustür!
