Mein Mitbewohner und ich vermieten unsere Zimmer, mein Mitbewohner für einen Monat, ich für 2 Monate (hier angeboten). Wenn du also für eine Zwischenmiete zu haben bist, dann klingel einfach durch. Gerne kannst du entweder für einen Monat oder auch für 2 Monate ein Zimmer mieten.

I will be travelling south-east asia for 2 months and offer my room for rent in the meantime. You can either stay for 1 month only or, preferably, for both.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der äußeren Neustadt mit einer guten Anbindung an die Straßenbahnlinien 7 & 8, womit man direkt zur TU Dresden gelangen kann (Fußweg zur Haltestelle beträgt etwa 4 Minuten). Die Fahrtzeit bis zur Uni beträgt etwa 25-30 Minuten. Der beliebte Alaunpark ist (zu Fuß) innerhalb von ca. 6 Minuten und der etwas belebtere Teil der Neustadt innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Edeka oder Netto sind über kurze bis mittellange Strecken erreichbar.
The room on offer has convenient 23 m² and is located close (10 minutes on foot) to the vibrant Neustadt, with all the nightlife Dresden has to offer. You have direct access (5 minutes) to the tram lines 7 and 8, which take you to the university and the inner city in about 25 minutes. The Alaun Park, the second largest municipal park in Dresden, also lies nearby. Supermarkets and various grocery stores can be found just down the road.
Das WG-Leben wird sich danach richten, wer als 2. Mieter für das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners einzieht. Gerne kannst du auch mit einem/r Freund/in hier einziehen.
Ab dem 2. Monat (18.10.2014) ist mein Mitbewohner (männlich, 22 Jahre) wieder in der Wohnung.
Es folgt eine Selbstdarstellung:
Ich würde mich als recht umgänglich, geduldig, sauber und gesprächig einschätzen. Gerne bin ich für WG-Abende, gemeinsames Kochen und sonstiges zu haben. Sollte ich dir auf die Nerven gehen, wärst du mich aber sowieso nach einem Monat wieder los ;)
As my flatmate travels with me for the first month, I can not yet say who will be living in the other room at the beginning. My flatmate will be back by the 18. of Octobre however, and he's a very affable fellow you will surely have a great time with.
In unserer Küche sind zwei Kleinkühlschränke vorhanden, wobei dir dann selbstverständlich einer zur freien Verfügung zustehen würde.

Ein 200x140 Klappbett/Sofa mit Matratze und ein Schreibtisch stünden in deinem Zimmer für dich bereit. Generell hat die Wohnung alles, was man zum (Über-)leben braucht.
My room will cost you 220€ per month (a reasonable price, if i may say so, the usual rent is higher), with internet and a fixed line connection in the other room. We have two medium sized fridges in the kitchen, one of which will be at your free disposal, a stove with oven, a minioven, and a microwave. There's also a table large enough to eat with friends, and a washing machine in the bathroom. My room is furnished with a 200x140 folding bed, a desk with an office chair, a padded reading chair and plenty of space to dance around.
