Die Dachschrägen sind, wie du den Bildern entnehmen kannst, bemerkenswert schräg. ;-)
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein ( ca. 12 qm), jedoch gemütlich und hat zwei fenster zum Grünen Hof. Wir haben zum Ausgleich ein wunderbares Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, in welchem wir uns gern und viel aufhalten.
In der Küche kann man sehr gut gemeinsam Kochen und einen Kaffee trinken.
The Room ist not very big but cosy. (12 square metre) It's two Windows are directed to the back garden.
In compensation we have a big Living room, where we can eat, work or just to hang out. The kitchen is big enough too cook together or sit down for a coffee.
Wir befinden uns im Zentrum der Neustadt. Sehr angenehm ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Alaunpark, welcher in nur 1 min erreichbar ist und zur Elbe die zu einem Spziergang einlädt. Ebenso nah ist die Straßenbahnlinie 13. Des Weiteren sind die Haltestellen der Linien 7 und 8 (Louisenstraße) und die Linien 3,6 und 11 (Albertplatz) unweit entfernt. Du brauchst etwa 20 min bis zu Uni auf den Campus. Wie es sich für die Neustadt gehört sind Bars, Restaurants, Spätis und Clubs in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
The flat is in the center of Dresden-Neustadt. The vivid district of Dresden where you'll find many bars, restaurants and small clubs and therefore many other students. :D
Also close are Alaunpark and the river Elbe, which invites you to a walk.
Public Transport like Lines 3,6,7,8,11 or 13 are less then 5 min walking distance away. The way to the Uni- Campus owill take you about 20 min.
Ich schließe demnächst sein Architekturstudium ab und pendel Momentan recht viel zwischen Berlin und Dresden. Dies hält uns aber keineswegs davon ab, ab und zu gemeinsam zu kochen, oder mal mit einem gekühlten Brau-Erzeugnis vor die Tür zu treten und dem lieblichen Leben der Neustadt zu frönen.
Kommt doch einfach mal vorbei, mach dir ein Bild und wir lernen uns kennen.

Der Einzugstermin/mein Auszugstermin sind noch nicht in Stein gemeißelt. ;-) Gern können wir in gemeinsamer Absprache einen Termin zwischen dem 01.10 und dem 01.11 finden.
Da ich Dresden im April/ Mai nächsten Jahres verlasse, ist das Mietverhältniss zunächst auf diesen Zeitraum beschränkt. Sollte dir die Wohung gut gefallen und du längerfristig in Dresden bleiben, kannst Du die Wohnung sicherlich übernehmen.
