Feines Zimmer in 3er-WG ab 20.07

Die WG liegt im Herzen der Neustadt - es ist also alles direkt um die Ecke.
Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt (13) und bis zur Bautzner/Rothenburger Straße (11, 6, 13) ist es nur ein weiterer Katzensprung. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder der nächste Späti sind alle entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und wenn dir mal nach grün und Ruhe ist, dann spazierst du einfach über den Alaunpark in die Heide.

Da meine Zeit in der Neustadt hier zu Ende geht, wird mein Zimmer in unserer schönen 3er WG ab
Ende Juni 2023 frei. Luise und Lilia wohnen zusammen. Beide studieren und arbeiten manchmal nebenher, und sind sehr diszipliniert aber auch gemütliche MItbewohnerinnen. Ich habe die gemeinsame Zeit mit Ihnen als sehr familiar, herzlich und liebevoll wahrgenommen. Unser Zusammenleben gestaltete sich als super unkompliziert und ist ein angenehmes Miteinander. Seien es gemeinsame Frühstücke, Kochabende oder Kaffee/Tee-Kränzchen. Gleichzeitig leben wir aber auch das Klassische Jede hat so viel Ruhe und Zeit für sich, wie sie sich wünscht.
Zu deinen künftigen Mitbewohnerinnen : Lilia kocht gerne und kuschelt mit ihrer lieben Katze Luna, die auch hier mit uns wohnt. Sie verbringt auch gerne Zeit mit ihren Freundinnen oder ihrem Freund, die auch manchmal hier sind und kann sich für tiefgehende Gespräche begeistern. Luise kocht am liebsten Reis und Tee. SIe lernt regelmässig und ist dann auch mal mehr in ihrem Zimmer, hört einem aber immer aufmerksam zu und ist gerne auch dabei, wenn es um deep talks oder ein Trash TV geht:) Ingesamt kann man sich mit beiden sehr wohl fühlen, und vorallem auch gut Ruhe genießen, was ich sehr zu schätzen gelernt habe im Zusammenleben.
Die Katze ist super süß und verkuschelt und auch sehr sauber und entspannt, es wäre uns wichtig, dass du Katzen magst und dich freuen würdest mit ihr zusammenzuwohnen. :) <3

Wir haben gerade noch keinen festen Putzplan, aber uns ist es wichtig dass ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung giebt, damit die kleine wohnung so schön bleibt wie sie gerade ist und sich alle wohlfühlen.:)

Hello dear apartment hunting person,

Your future room faces the front and looks out onto a busy neighborhood. It is more cozy than spacious, but the space is created by the high ceilings and the two large windows. It still gives you enough space to live it up. Through the two windows it is pleasantly bright, but the people moving, talking and partying in the neighborhood can sometimes be heard.
The apartment also has the kitchen and the shared WG balcony with shcönem backyard to let off steam and get down, get together and laze.
The room is delivered furnished (bed + closet) for a small fee.

The WG is located in the heart of Neustadt - so everything is right around the corner.
The nearest streetcar stop is one minute away (13) and to Bautzner/Rothenburger Straße (11, 6, 13) it's just another stone's throw. Shopping opportunities or the nearest Späti are all within easy walking distance. And if you feel like green and quiet, then you can simply walk through the Alaunpark into the Heide.

As my time in the new town here is coming to an end, my room in our beautiful 3-person shared flat will be available from
free from the end of june 2023! Luise and Lilia live together. Both study and sometimes work on the side, and are very disciplined but also cozy roommates. I perceived our time together as very familiar, warm and loving. Our living together turned out to be uncomplicated and is a pleasant togetherness. Be it joint breakfasts, cooking evenings or coffee/tea get-togethers. At the same time, we also live the classic Each has as much peace and time for themselves as they wish.
About your future roommates : Lilia likes to cook and cuddle with her lovely cat Luna, who also lives here with us. She also likes to spend time with her girlfriends or boyfriend, who are also here sometimes and can be enthusiastic about deep conversations. Luise loves to cook rice and tea. She studies regularly and is then sometimes more in her room, but always listens to you attentively and likes to be there when it comes to deep talks or trash TV :) Overall, you can feel very comfortable with both, and especially enjoy good peace, which I have learned to appreciate very much in living together.
The cat is super sweet and cuddly and also very clean and relaxed, it would be important to us that you like cats and would be happy to live with her. :) <3

We don't have a fixed cleaning schedule yet, but it is important to us that there is a certain amount of cleanliness and order, so that the small apartment remains as beautiful as it is right now and everyone feels comfortable.:)
