Die WG ist von den Bewohnern her sehr gemischt - sowohl vom Alter (21-30) als auch Berufstätigkeit/in Ausbildung. Im Haus existieren mehrere WGs mit insgesamt regem Gemeinschaftsleben - dazu trägt u.a. das großzügige Grundstück mit Grillecke bei. Einsamkeit und Langeweil sind also eher kein Problem. Im Haus/den WGs leben Studenten, Azubis, Berufstätige und eine junge Familie.
