Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist etwa 12 Quadratmeter groß und mit Laminatboden ausgestattet. Um etwas Platz zu sparen befindet sich direkt nebenan ein Wandschrank, welcher genutzt werden kann. Das Fenster ist zur Seite mit der Wiese und den Bäumen ausgerichtet.
Des Weiteren beinhaltet die Wohnung Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Eingangsbereich und drei Schlafzimmer. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad sind möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Dresden-Strehlen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Wiese mit angrenzendem Bach und einem kleinem Spielplatz. Die Buslinie 66 sowie die Straßenbahnlinien 9 und 13 sind 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. In der nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestellen befindet sich Kaufland. Alternativ befindet eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle weiter ein VG Bio-Markt.
Deine zukünftigen WG-Mitbewohner sind Andy und Maurice.
Andy ist 29 Jahre alt und studiert an der TU-Dresden Lehramt Physik-Englisch. Maurice ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert ebenfalls an der TU-Dresden Verfahrenstechnik.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und freundschaftlich. Wir sehen die WG als Ruhepol und Rückzugsort.
Da der Mietvertrag nur Studenten zulässt, musst du ebenfalls Student sein.
