The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the main campus, so if you should sleep in time for the lecture :). Directly in front of the front door the line 3 and only 5 minutes away the line 8 with which you will soon be at the Hbf and can also go through to the new city. Nearby there is a net, dm, an Edeka, as well as a rewe for a few weeks. In the neighboring houses are also a very good diner shop and a baker, so you can choose between sweet and hearty if the cravings come over at short notice. So you know, pure luxury!

Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hauptcampus entfernt, sodass du auch, wenn du verschlafen solltest noch rechtzeitig zur Vorlesung kommst :). Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Linie 3 und nur 5 min entfernt die Linie 8 mit denen du in Kürze am Hbf bist und auch bis in die Neustadt durchfahren kannst. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Netto, dm, ein Edeka, sowie seit ein paar Wochen auch noch ein Rewe. In den Nachbarhäusern sind außerdem ein sehr guter Dönerladen und ein Bäcker, sodass du zwischen süß und herzhaft entscheiden kannst, falls dich mal kurzfristig der Heißhunger überkommt. Also du merkst schon, Luxus pur!

Living together is a pleasant mix. We don't have any fixed appointments, but if, then we like to eat together or sit/great on the balcony and chat with a glass of wine or beer. Everything can happen, nothing has to happen! The classic WG motto.

We are sid(28) and shim(28) and have been living together for 2 years. We both work full-time. Since we are already a bit of “growing” WG, we are no longer going to address the issue of order and cleanliness to such a laser fair. We have a cleaning plan so that everyone can feel comfortable without a constant discussion about it. The tasks simply go through. If you hang in a complete crisis (examing, separation, new job you name it), just let it go and then tasks can also be exchanged.

What are we taking to the WG? Sid is an outdoor man who often goes bouldering and wandering, occasionally celebrates parties. Shim is our indoor man who likes to play board games and cooks deliciously. Often we eat together
What would you bring?

Das Zusammenleben ist eine angenehme Mischung. Wir haben keine festen Verabredungen, aber wenn, dann essen wir gerne zusammen oder sitzen/grillen auf dem Balkon und unterhalten uns bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier. Es kann alles passieren, es muss nichts passieren! Das klassische WG-Motto.

Wir sind sid(28) und shim(28) und wohnen seit 2 Jahr zusammen. Wir arbeiten beide in Vollzeit. Da wir doch schon eine ein bisschen „erwachsene“ WG sind, gehen wir das Thema Ordnung und Sauberkeit nicht mehr ganz so laisser faire an. Wir haben einen Putzplan, damit sich alle wohlfühlen können, ohne dass darüber dauernd Diskussion herrscht. Die Aufgaben wandern einfach durch. Wenn man mal in einer völligen Krise hängt (Examen, Trennung, neuer Job you name it), einfach Bescheid geben und dann können Aufgaben auch getauscht werden.

Was bringen wir in die WG mit? Sid ist ein Outdoor-Mensch, der oft bouldern und wandern geht, gelegentlich Partys feiert. Shim ist unser Indoor-Mensch, der gerne Brettspiele spielt und köstlich kocht. Oft essen wir auch zusammen
Was würdest du mitbringen?

The apartment also includes a balcony and a basement compartment. The house still has a bicycle cellar and an attic. In the attic, you could hang up your laundry, which we have never done for laziness reasons. In the backyard there are wash lines and we just got additional bicycle stands so that you can easily connect your bike outside. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything necessary (washing machine, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, etc.).
If you have a car, you can park on the street directly in front of the window and in all surrounding side streets for free. And you really always find a parking lot.
All roommates are listed in the rental agreement with equal rights, whereby a roommate transfers the rent collected and the other two parties transfer their shares to that person beforehand. Our house administration is open to people of any origin, it is important for admission to the rental agreement only that you can present a visa valid at least until March 2026.

Zur Wohnung gehören zusätzlich noch ein Balkon und ein Kellerabteil. Das Haus hat weiterhin noch einen Fahrradkeller und einen Dachboden. Im Dachboden konntest du deine Wäsche aufhängen, was von uns aus Faulheitsgründen jedoch noch nie einer gemacht hat. Im Hinterhof stehen Wäscheleinen und wir haben gerade noch zusätzliche Fahrradständer bekommen, sodass man sein Fahrrad auch bequem draußen anschließen kann. Küche und Bad sind mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist (Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, etc.).
Falls man ein Auto besitzt, kann man sowohl an der Straße direkt vor dem Fenster als auch in allen umliegenden Seitenstraßen kostenlos parken. Und man findet wirklich immer schnell einen Parkplatz.
Im Mietvertrag sind alle Mitbewohner gleichberechtigt aufgeführt, wobei ein Mitbewohner die Miete gesammelt überweist und die anderen beiden Parteien ihre Anteile zuvor an diese Person überweisen. Unsere Hausverwaltung steht Menschen jeder Herkunft offen gegenüber, wichtig ist für die Aufnahme in den Mietvertrag nur, dass man ein Visum vorzeigen kann, das mindestens bis März 2026 gültig ist.
